        Higred^® tools Co., Ltd  was established in 1978 and began to make tools in 1996. By 10 years in tools industry, we have been the professional cutting tools producer among HSS twist drill bits, HSS center drills, HSS reamers, taps, dies,  HSS end mills, solid carbide end mills, solid carbide twist drills, electric hammer drill bits, masonry drill bits, etc.

By co-operating with partners, Higred^® tools Co., Ltd  can provide entire cutting tools solutions among metalworking, woodworking and construction.

And now, Higred^® tools Co., Ltd  is a multi-million dollar company With  2 factories, 25000 square  meters, over 1000 people and the products have entered EU, USA, South America, South Asia, etc.

On manufacturing process

All tools are made according to manufacturing process pre-designed. For example, there is 16 processes on  rolled HSS twist drill bits. Here we list the main processes:

On quality control

We mainly assure the quality by two steps.   Firstly, quality control is among manufacturing process. Usually we check semi-products just after it is finished one process and mainly check several important processes. For example, we check the tolerance of the shank of electric hammer drill bits, the quality of brazed tungsten carbide head and the tolerance of the flute when the semi-products are being worked. Second, making practical test. We often choose several products  that have been finished to work on materials and watch whether they have qualified performance. Also, we use some advanced machines to strength the power.

On research and development

At present, we mainly improve our products by three ways: importing good machines from developed countries; co-operating with universities. In the future, we'd like to create our own R & D center and co-operate with foreign good tools producer.
